Exchange & Refund Policy

Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories and original packaging.
  • Products that have been damaged, broken, or misused after delivery cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be exchanged or its full value refunded after the defect has been verified.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns, unless the reason is an error on the part of the store or a manufacturing defect.
