- Delivery time within Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery time to other governorates: 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping company.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the governorate.
- If we are unable to contact the customer or the order is not received, the store reserves the right to cancel the order or reship it after reaching an agreement with the customer.
